Engram will miss second game
Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said Wednesday that receiver Bobby Engram will miss his second consecutive game with a thyroid condition.
The team still does not know whether the cause was a virus or Grave’s Disease, a treatable autoimmune condition.
An accelerated heart rate from his overactive thyroid left the 11-year veteran and team’s leading receiver last season fatigued and at home for a week.
“I just saw Bobby and he’s doing better. He is heading in the right direction,” Holmgren said.
