Prepared Childbirth – This four-week class for expectant parents in their last trimester of pregnancy will discuss the stages and management of labor, breathing, muscle toning and more. Meets on Tuesdays starting today from 6-8 p.m. at the Valley Hospital Health and Education Center, 12606 E. Mission. The cost is $65, and registration is required.
