Rob Smith, employee of Black Sheep Sporting Goods, reported Monday the $559 theft of a kayak from the business at 308 W. Seale Ave.

David Baker reported Tuesday the $25,000 theft of a 2004 Ford F250 pickup from his home on the 1700 block of West Hampson Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Matthew Morgan, Rathdrum, reported Monday the $825 theft of two chain saws and a toolbox from a home on the 28000 block of North State Highway 41 near Spirit Lake.

Susan Miller, Rathdrum, reported Tuesday the $600 theft of a wood stove from a home on the 13000 block of West Winch Avenue.
