Summer lunches

The Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls School Districts are participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. The program will run weekdays through Aug. 18 at the following schools and times.

Coeur d’Alene

Atlas Elementary – 3000 W. Honeysuckle Ave., breakfast from 8:15-9:15 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Bryan Elementary – 802 Harrison Ave., breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Fernan Elementary –520 N. 21st St., breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Hayden Center – 9650 N. Government Way, no breakfast, lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Project CDA – 725 Hazel Ave., breakfast from 7:30-8 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. through Aug. 8.

Woodland Middle School – 2102 Ste. Michele, breakfast from 8-8:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through Aug. 18.

Monday – Hot dogs, baked barbecue chips, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Tuesday – Sloppy Joe, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Wednesday – Rice bowl, chicken nuggets, egg roll, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Thursday – Turkey sub sandwich on wheat, baked chips, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Friday – Cheese uncrustable, tomato soup, Popsicle, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Post Falls

Ponderosa Elementary – 3483 E. Ponderosa Boulevard, breakfast from 8:15-9 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls Middle School – 301 E. 16th Ave., breakfast, 8-9 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Post Falls High School – 2832 E. Poleline Road, breakfast, 7:45-8:45 a.m., lunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

River City Middle School – 1505 N. Fir St., through Friday, lunch 10:30-11:15 a.m.

Frederick Post Learning Center – 201 W. Mullan Ave., breakfast 8-8:45 a.m., lunch 11:15 a.m. -12:30 p.m.

Monday – Peanut butter and jelly sandwich or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Tuesday – Crispito or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.

Wednesday – Chicken nuggets or sub sandwich, fruit and veggies, milk choice.
