Linda Rusch has been promoted from associate professor to full professor at the Gonzaga University School of Law.

Purcell Systems has promoted Dan Soltan to director of operations. He has been with the company since 2000 and has held a variety of management positions.

Matt Gibson has been promoted to manager of events and booking at the Spokane Public Facilities District. He previously worked as marketing director and has been with the district for over seven years.
