Marsha Roberts reported Thursday the $4,000 theft of a laptop computer and paperwork from her 2000 Ford Expedition parked on the 4100 block of Couples Drive.

Shawn Mulvaney reported Friday $2,000 damage to the exterior paint of his 1999 Ford pickup parked at Skyway Elementary School, 6621 Courcelles Parkway.

Kootenai County sheriff

Hank Renner, Post Falls, reported Friday the $605 theft of a stereo, amplifier and paperwork and $100 damage to a window of a 1991 Mazda pickup parked on the corner of Upriver Drive and U.S. Highway 95.

Errold Asbury, Coeur d’Alene, reported Friday the $25,000 theft of hand and power tools from his home on the 6500 block of Borley Road near Coeur d’Alene.

Ryan Gorman, Hayden, reported Friday $1,600 damage to the paint of a 1994 Acura Integra parked on the 900 block of Loch Maree Drive near Hayden.

Larry Rhoads, Post Falls, reported Sunday the $500 theft of a rifle and a 1999 Polaris all-terrain vehicle from his home on the 18000 block of Hardison St.
