OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, charge and bond amount on the warrant. Anyone with information about these people is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Department at (208) 446-1300.

Felonies

Quentin T. Avery – 33, Bonners Ferry, delivery of marijuana to a minor, injury to child, $20,000 bond.

Tammy Y. Douglass – 45, Hayden, failure to appear/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Jeremy M. Gleese – 20, Post Falls, probation violation/burglary (three counts), aggravated assault, no bond.

Robert E. Reed – 54, Coeur d’Alene, felony domestic violence, $15,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Diann L. Brockway – 49, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, no driver’s license, open container of alcohol, one day in jail, no bond.

Shannon M. Germanton – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $500 bond.

Samuel J. Hawkins – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting/obstructing officers (two counts), minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), 45 days in jail.

John L. Hodge – 27, Athol, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, two days in jail.

Izaak W. Johnson – 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Benjamin T. Keifer – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, resisting/obstructing officers, battery on law enforcement, $1,000 bond.

Leslie A. Mitchell – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to stop for school bus, $100 bond.

Gavin L. Mour – 25, Post Falls, unlawful entry, $500 bond.

James M. Murray – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $7,500 bond.

Douglas W. Nieffenegger – 60, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

Armelle M. Oconner – 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/petty theft, two days in jail, no bond.

Daniel R. Rutler – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/open container, $250 bond.

Gregory W. Stixrud – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Kody A. Valentine – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended (two counts), failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $6,000 bond.

Katherine C. Vann – 50, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.
