Man Reportedly Falls From Bridge

Rescue crews searched the Spokane River on Tuesday for a man who reportedly fell from a bridge near Trent and Hamilton, according to the Spokane Fire Department.

Someone called the fire department and said they saw a man wearing a backpack tumble into the river about 10 a.m.

Scuba divers and firefighters searched the river and its banks but found no body. They called off the search after about an hour.
