Spokane Marathon, Half Marathon, Relay & 10K
During the Spokane Marathon, Half Marathon, Relay & 10K, Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, hundreds of runners participated in races of varying degrees of difficulty and along a mix of routes through downtown Spokane, the Centennial Trail and the notorious Doomsday Hill.
