At Simple Mind, Cis has the right idea -- look forward to spring rather than focus on all the problems caused by the snow. The thought hit me yesterday that spring training begins in a little over 6 weeks. Also, Gonzaga and Washington State begin playing their conference schedules in a few days. Then, there's a garden to plan. After the first of the year, of course, we return to some serious blogging here at HBO Central with an early focus on the state Legislature. I have one more day with the kids and then a week to relax and catch up on a lot of odd jobs.
