State Superintendent Randy Dorn has created a budget plan for how the state can meet court’s requirement for fully funding basic education.

“I want to make sure that every student, from Cape Flattery to Clover Park to Clarkston, has an equal opportunity to a basic education,” Dorn said. “That isn’t happening today. My plan will ensure that.”

The unveiling will be 10 a.m. today during a press conference, which will be broadcast TVW and webcast at www.tvw.org.
