Bruce Willis sells Sun Valley ranch

From wire reports

Bruce Willis sold his Idaho 23-acre ranch nearly $10 million under its original asking price of $15 million, the Wall Street Journal reports. The ‘Die Hard’ star purchased this property in 2003 and originally listed it in 2011.

This is the last of many properties the ‘Pulp Fiction’ star has owned in Hailey. Willis owned Soldier Mountain Ski Area and a bar called the Mint, which originally opened its doors in 1881.

Willis’s realtor, Travis Jones of Engel & Völkers Sun Valley, told the Wall Street Journal that “Bruce was very happy to sell the home, and at very fair price considering current market conditions.”

Though he could not identify the new owners, he added that they were “big fans of Bruce.”
